IWAQ is a not for profit organisation aiming at providing a wide range of services to the community.  IWAQ receives funding from the three levels of government to provide these services.

The Mission of the Islamic Women’s Association of Queensland Inc.(IWAQ) is to: “provide a wide range of community care, development and support services across all life stages to Multicultural, Multifaith and mainstream communities in Queensland”

Vision statement

To expand the level of services and programs provided by IWAQ to meet the community’s needs throughout their lifespan and to become a voice for the multicultural community in Queensland.
